UPS

A) Why the Red Indicator is on and the UPS giving a beep sound?

Ans: It means the UPS is working on Inverter mode & there is a power failure to the system. Pls check whether your mains are on and the UPS main cable is connected to the mains socket. If yes, pls open the backside fuse by rotating it anti clock wise as shown in the fuse holder and check whether the fuse is blown off. If yes, pls change the fuse with the same capacity fuse supplied to you in extra along with the UPS. Still it is functioning in inverter mode, pls call our customer service.

B) Mains connected and yellow indicator is on, but no out put ?.

Ans: Press the ups switch one time . Still, there is no output, pls call our customer service.

C) When I switch off my UPS what are the things I should take care?

Ans : Make sure UPS switch is pressed once so that the system is shut. Leave the Mains on so that the battery charging can happen when the UPS output supply is off.

INVERTER

Ans :Pls check the A/C fuse given at the backside of the system and if it is blown off, exchange with same rating fuse .

B) No main supply, inverter is giving an interrupted beep sound, the overload indicator is on & the lights are blinking rapidly ?

Ans :You have exceeded the inverter capacity limit, switch off some lights and other appliances those are working and thus reduce the load till the beep sound goes off. After reducing the load, there is no change in the situation, switch off the inverter & refer to our customer service.

C) AC fuse is blown, battery discharged and no out-put even when there is mains supply?

Ans :Try point no.1 mentioned above. If no success, remove the three pin/wires connected at the strip from the back side of the inverter and connect directly to the nearest mains socket and remove the inverter from the line and refer to our customer service.
